Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.










1. All Sales Are Final on Opened Products






Because beard care products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.










2. Unopened Products






Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.


Items must be:





  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging






Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.










3. Damaged or Defective Items






If your order arrives damaged or defective:





  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage






We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.










4. Wrong Item Received






If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will correct the issue at no cost to you.










5. Lost Packages






If your package is lost in transit, we will help file a claim with the carrier.


Replacements or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.










6. Non-Returnable Items






We cannot accept returns on:





  • Opened or used grooming products

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items












7. Refund Processing






If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
